I was very nervous about using a wedding coordinator at first because I did not want my vision and ideas muddled in communication. However, when you came over to my house with a perfect guess as to what my dress was, I knew I was in good hands! My fears did not come to fruition as you were perfectly able to execute all those drips and details that create the Wedding day. Your advice was awesome, helped alleviate the day's bottlenecks, and obviously was from someone who has also been there and done that with her own wedding. You were always easy to reach and quick to respond (when I sometimes was unable to extend the same courtesy) which was extra reassurance when needed most. I was thrilled with the Inspired Occasions experience, and in hind sight, realize you absolutely need someone there to take hold of the day's chaos. Bridesmaids are busy, friends want to have fun, and parents should be socializing with, in our case, very distant new relatives. Drilling down to the details, relaying vision, and thinking on your feet --> I think you'll be Calgary's next Preston Bailey in no time.

Overall, Terra was fantastic! We hired Terra for day-of coordination services to simply make sure that everything that we planned happened smoothly that day. She did so much more than we expected. We were able to contact her anytime we had a question throughout the planning, and we had several meetings before the day as well. She handled all of the set-up at both our ceremony and reception and was obliging to Aunts who insisted on helping out as well. She made sure she had the phone numbers for all key vendors, family members and our wedding party so that she could confirm details with them, and also so she could contact them if necessary on the day in case an emergency situation arose. Probably the biggest help was her one month prior review- it's a package all about your wedding in which she has filled in all of the information pertaining to your wedding day that she currently has but has left blank all the information still needs. We were very easily able to refer to the package to figure out what needed to be done next with our planning. The flow of the day was seamless! We planned the itinerary for the day, with help from Terra, and she ensured that our itinerary was implemented. Some of our friends and family did comment on Terra and her assistant, and they were impressed as well; their feedback was entirely positive. We would absolutely hire Terra again for any future events, and we highly recommend her to anyone, regardless of the size of their event. Our day would not have come together so well without Terra, and she is well worth what she charges for her services; we honestly don't think she charged enough for all that she did for us. She is amazing!
